This home is seeking an empathetic Residential leader to take on this long-term role, although there is potential for this to become a permanent position for the right Team Leader. The successful Residential Children’s Deputy Manager will bring a therapeutic skill set and empower young people to achieve throughout their life. The position will involve working with young people who experience emotional and behavioural difficulties. Resilience is required and the ability to handle behaviours that may challenge. Experience working within a PACE model is advantageous. The successful Residential Children’s Deputy Manager will have: Experience working within therapeutic models At least 3 years’ experience within a similar setting Experience working with young people with Emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours.
