You will support our Client Relationship Team, providing internal sales support, responding to client enquiries, working with suppliers to understand product availability, producing quotes, and managing the delivery and installation of orders. You’ll support our Relationship Managers in the delivery of amazing customer service. On a day-to-day basis you will be involved in: Liaising with clients and the accurate preparation of quotes for end user devices, peripherals, licenses, accessories & setup Working with our approved suppliers to gather pricing, product information and managing any issues that may arise in the order process Placing orders for approved quotes and scheduling the delivery and installation of those orders Assisting in the production of budgets and renewal reports for customers Providing support to the Relationship Team Assisting unmanaged clients and taking responsibility for answering client queries Maintaining excellent records in our CRM system and managing your sales pipeline Working with our Microsoft licensing partner to ensure successful delivery and billing of Microsoft 365 About You Inspire us We want to be known as the most ‘can do’ well-polished and caring IT supplier in the South East.
