Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and dynamic MUA and Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. This role requires a strong understanding of various social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a passion for makeup application. The Social Media Manager will work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Duties
* Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
* Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience while showcasing our makeup products and services.
* Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics to optimise campaigns and improve engagement.
* Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner, providing exceptional customer service.
* Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and enhance brand visibility.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media tools to ensure our strategies remain innovative.
* Conduct regular audits of social media channels to maintain brand consistency and quality.
* Apply makeup to clients for various occasions, including weddings, events, photoshoots, film, and everyday looks.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of makeup tools, work stations, and client areas.
* Stay updated with makeup techniques, trends, and products to offer clients the latest looks.
* Uphold sanitation standards and adhere to health and safety regulations.
* Engage professionally and respectfully with clients and team members, delivering exceptional service to build loyalty and referrals.
Skills
* Proficient in makeup application techniques with a keen eye for aesthetics.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
* Strong customer service orientation, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
* Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is advantageous.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
* Creative thinking with the ability to generate fresh ideas for content that engages audiences.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
