We're working with a thriving, family-run business in Mid Wales that's seeking a driven and confident Telesales representative to help expand their UK sales presence. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the growth of a successful and forward-thinking brand, taking ownership of sales targets while helping to shape a high-performing internal team.
Main duties of the Telesales:
Engaging new and existing customers via phone and email to promote products and services
Building strong client relationships and qualifying sales opportunities
Develop a strong understanding of the products and services to communicate effectively with customers
Working collaboratively with the wider team to hit targets and drive performance
Using CRM systems to track leads, manage data, and support reporting
Helping refine sales processes and contributing to a positive, efficient and motivated sales environment
