Hours: Up to 18 hours per week* over 2-3 days
Opportunity to increase hours in accordance with business demand
Start Date: Ideal Induction start date 12/05/2025 (however we are flexible)

The Chamonix Clinic is a leading aesthetics clinic committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. We are seeking an organised and proactive Personal Assistant & Administrative/Clinical Officer to support clinic operations and assist Linda Mather, Lead Nurse.

Job Purpose
To provide personal assistance to Linda Mather while ensuring the clinic runs smoothly by:
1. Managing administrative and PA tasks
2. Assisting with clinical preparation and patient records
3. Supporting patient appointments and experience
Key Responsibilities of the Role
Personal Assistant Duties
* Managing Linda Mather’s diary, meetings, and priorities
* Handling confidential emails, calls, and correspondence
* Organising travel and accommodation
* Assisting with presentations, reports, and digital documentation
* Tracking to-do lists, reminders, and deadlines
* Ensuring clinic and teaching materials are prepared
Administrative Duties
* Handling patient communication via phone, email, and text
* Scheduling appointments and follow-ups
* Sending reminders and aftercare instructions
* Maintaining digital patient records and consent forms
* Taking payments
* Ordering supplies and managing inventory
* Supporting reception and clerical tasks
Clinical Support Duties
* Preparing treatment rooms and equipment
* Welcoming and preparing patients
* Assisting nursing staff during treatments
* Applying topical anesthetic and taking patient photos
* Understanding emergency protocols (CPR training included)
IT & Technical Responsibilities
* Using Mac, iPhone, and iPad for tasks
* Proficiency in clinic software and Microsoft Office
* Managing online documents, spreadsheets, and reports
Social Media & Online Support
* Monitoring social media for comments/messages
* Notifying the team of reviews requiring responses
* Keeping an overview of Google reviews
* Supporting social media updates when needed
