At DWP Digital, we design and develop digital user-friendly digital services that enable millions of people to access the help, advice, and financial support they need. Almost everyone in the UK relies on our digital services at some point in their lives.
Our digital performance analyst community works across DWP to gain insight on how our services are used and how well our systems perform. This advert is for roles in Retirement Services and Fraud and Error.
In Retirement Services, we are responsible for running and transforming digital services. We ensure people over state pension age can plan for and secure all the support they need to live a life without unnecessary hardship. Every year we pay over £120 billion to 18 million DWP customers, including 1 million overseas customers residing in 229 countries.
Retirement Services is a key part of DWP's modernisation story with commitments to deliver end-to-end service transformation across the support we provide to citizens and DWP staff.
Fraud & Error is crucial to DWP's transformation. DWP serves a population of 22 million people providing a range of complex benefits which support people at various points in their life. This means that some fraud and error will be present. Our services enable the prevention and detection of fraud and error within the benefits system quickly and efficiently. As the welfare state changes shape, so does the nature of fraud and error.
As we continue to build and improve our services, Fraud & Error ambition is to ensure that we will continue to recover money owed to DWP in a fair and sustainable way that ensures our customers are engaged throughout their payments.
