Vision Personnel is working with an existing client, who's looking for a Maintenance Contracts/Account Manager.
Requirements:
* Proficient in quoting and day to day running of clients
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in reactive maintenance or construction
* Proficiency in CAFM systems (e.g., Access Maintain, Verisae)
* Strong focus on customer service, with experience in quoting and estimating
* Excellent communication skills at all levels
* Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, with a willingness to learn new systems
* Reliable, punctual, with strong time management skills
Required Skills:
* Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical clients
* Experience in handling financial matters (e.g., invoicing)
* Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritise tasks, and resolve issues efficiently
* Knowledge of maintenance processes, technical documents, and reports
* Analytical thinking to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Duties:
* Communicate effectively with clients and manage financial discussions
* Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
* Organise and prioritise tasks, managing multiple accounts
* Interpret technical documents and solve problems efficiently
Additional Information:
* Smart dress code required for client meetings
* Office-based role with an 80/20 split between office and site visits
* May involve overnight stays and attendance at client functions (expenses covered)
