To assist with the recruitment of candidates for various contracts across the business including Registering candidates Screening applications Maintaining and updating the recruitment database Arranging introductory calls and arranging interviews for candidates Utilising CV databases Formatting candidate CVs Assist with advertising campaigns. Handling queries and telephone calls General administrative duties The Candidate Previous experience in recruitment or outbound call centre preferred. Experience of high-volume outbound calling Experience of working to targets and KPIs. Extremely driven and motivated Excellent telephone and communication skills as you will constantly be on the phone with candidates. Starting salary:£23,000 Commission, Bonus, and Incentives (Realistic OTE: £32,000 - £40,000 in first year). Working hours:Monday - Friday, Flexitime & Hybrid working.
