Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualized support to pupils with SEN, ensuring their academic and emotional needs are met.
Work alongside teaching staff to implement tailored learning strategies and deliver Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages student engagement and self-confidence.
Assist with day-to-day classroom activities, ensuring all students can actively participate.
Communicate regularly with parents and carers, sharing progress updates and celebrating achievements.About You:
Experience with SEN is desirable, but a passion for helping children succeed is essential.
Patience, adaptability, and a caring nature are crucial for this role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively as part of a team.
