We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Secondary Supply Teachers across all subject specialisms to join our team and work with local secondary schools in the North West of England. Responsibilities
1. Teaching: Deliver engaging and effective lessons in your subject specialism to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
2. Lesson Planning: Prepare and deliver well-structured lessons that cater to the diverse needs of all students.
3. Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment, managing behaviour effectively.
4. Assessment and Feedback: Assess students’ work and provide constructive feedback to support their academic progress.
5. Adaptability: Quickly adapt to different school environments and requirements, maintaining high standards of teaching and professionalism.
6. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure the smooth running of the school day.
Requirements
1. Qualifications: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
2. Experience: Proven experience teaching at the secondary level in your subject specialism.
3. Knowledge: Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the UK National Curriculum.
4. Skills: Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
5. Flexibility: Willingness to work in various schools across the North West and adapt to different teaching environments.
6. Safeguarding: Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. Enhanced DBS check required.
