Contract : Part time
The Best Connection are looking for an Administration Assistant for a client in Buckshaw Village, Chorley.
Job Role:
* Updating the weekly paid agency staff on the vendor system in a timely manner on a Monday.
* Updating the Monthly pay role details with additions and deductions.
* Ordering provisions for the general warehouse and Packing.
* Processing the orders when they arrive.
* Updating sheets for finance.
Shifts:
* Monday to Wednesday
* 4 hours each day
* 12 hours a week
Requirements:
* Attention to detail
* Previous experience within an admin role
* Team Player
* Self motivated
* Reliable transportation
* Working well under pressure/working with deadlines
