Healthy women, babies, and families At CooperSurgical we are currently looking to recruit a FP&A manager – EMEA to support our commercial fertility solutions business. The position reports to the Sr. Commercial FP&A Manager located in the UK. The primary responsibility will be leading business partnering, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities for the region and for the Marketing and Strategy departments. Location: Onsite- Fareham, UK – Brunel way In this role you will act as a trusted advisor and business partner to the Commercial VP of fertility solutions in EMEA. You will be providing insights into market trends and financial understanding into decision-making. This role requires strong financial acumen, business sense, communication and partnership. All applicants must be eligible to work in UK and travel without Visa in the EU. Position In the role as FP&A manager, you will be responsible for engaging and actively partnering with the commercial business. You will be a key business partner to the Regional Vice-President and the Global VP supporting Marketing and Strategy providing support and advice on all financial elements. You will provide analytics to identify key opportunities to improve financial performance and grow the business profitably. You will be part of innovative projects and take active participation in modeling and evaluating investment opportunities. As an individual contributor it’s vital for the success of the role, to be proactive, accountable and actively engaging with the business to ensure data-driven solutions. You are used to different financial systems, preferably Navision or D365. You thrive in a dynamic international environment and see the importance of meeting deadlines and being accurate. You feel comfortable with reaching out to stakeholders both internal and external and have a positive diplomatic approach. Your key responsibilities • Lead annual budget, quarterly forecasts, monthly reporting, and long-range strategic plan process • Compare planned to actual financial performance, interpret results and variances, and provide guidance to commercial team. • Perform special analysis such as return on investment, pricing analytics, profitability analysis, etc. that facilitates management decision-making. • Support strategic business planning process and new business / investment opportunities with business case and return on investment analyses. • Support New Product Innovation projects. Build detailed financial, scenario-based models to evaluate investment priorities and potential alternatives Your Qualifications • Relevant Master degree in accounting, business or finance • 6-8 years of experience from a similar role, preferable from Commercial • Experience from an international set-up • Structured, systematic and eye for details. • Effective communication and collaboration skills • Analytical and logic thinker • Strong Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint and Teams skills (pivot tables, lookups, sumifs, graphs/charts) • Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory Why join CooperSurgical?
