Home and Finance General Ltd are looking for 2 Business Administrators to join their friendly team Within this role you will provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients, covering all aspects of their financial arrangements; to advise, arrange and secure the appropriate cover and / or deal with customer enquiries. Job Description Dealing with customer queries To help change existing policies General admin duties - including filing and photo copying Liaising with insurance professionals Arranging insurance cover Attending in house training sessions to learn about products, systems and procedures Answering phone calls Skills and Qualities Good communication skills Are trustworthy and reliable To work well as part of a team To have a professional manner The ability to show initative Salary: £6.40 per hour Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 17:00pm Annual Leave Entitlement: 25 day Bank Holidays Qualifications GCSE (Or equivalent) Maths and English at grades A-C/4-9 Benefits
