We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our Leeds Team.
As a Supervisor, you play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the efficient and successful operation of the store. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the brand’s image. You will assist in managing the sales team, coordinating store operations, and ensuring the store meets or exceeds sales targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Excellent product and sales knowledge
2. Assist with store operations management
3. Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with inventory management
4. Work with the store management to support the sales team
5. Execute visually appealing displays and arrangements
6. Perform ear piercings following established safety and hygiene protocols
Requirements:
1. 2+ years’ experience in retail management, preferably in the jewellery or luxury retail industry.
2. Strong sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
3. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
4. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
5. Knowledge of inventory management, loss prevention techniques, and visual merchandising.
6. Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.
8. Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding company values and high-quality standards in all aspects of store operations.
9. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required by the business.
10. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
