The Role
We’re looking for a strategically minded Senior Account Director/Associate Director to help run one of our global clients in the FMCG space. The right candidate will come armed with inter-agency experience and an in-depth understanding of global and UK PR, Social and Influencer Strategy. You’ll appreciate how these three elements of marketing communications work and how, when used well, they can deliver exceptional results.
This highly crucial hire will be a born collaborator, someone who enjoys working across teams, who knows how to work the room and who brings exceptional project management and planning skills to our busy team.
Skills & Responsibilities
* Ability to inform and influence integrated comms strategies, and knowledge and confidence to articulate the power of earned in an interagency collaborative working group
* A track record of providing clients with evidence-based strategies
* Deep understanding of new media earned media strategies to maximize reach and engagement of campaigns across social, content creators and publications
* Ability to manage a response to a client brief end to end, directing and project managing from taking client brief to delivery of presentation.
* Excellent presentation skills, deck writing capabilities and ability to collaborate with the necessary specialist strategy and creative team to build the response
* You will be able to manage six-figure plus campaigns, lead and inspire a team to deliver above and beyond expectations
* Problem solver, calm in a crisis, solutions focused to ensure campaigns are delivered in time, within budget and on target
* Must have operated as a primary, day to day client lead responsible for the smooth running of the account
* Have a reputation for your exemplary project management and ability to resolve issues
* Should be comfortable running meetings and playing an active role alongside our partners across the integrated marketing mix Freuds offers
* Providing immediate communications support for senior clients including acting as the primary contact for out of hours assistance when needed
* Proactively nurturing and building internal and external networks of influential contacts from journalists, content creators, influencers, talent, and other relevant third parties
* Line managing and mentoring junior team members, including responsibility for their evaluation and professional development
