We’re on a mission to help 1000 companies improve their sustainability and to hit double our ARR by March 2027. We need a high-impact Sales Manager to lead the charge. This is a hands-on, “lead from the front” role where you’ll source & close your own deals, build a winning team, and shape how we scale.
🧩 What You’ll Do
* Own all sales and account management activity, reporting directly to the CEO and board.
* Smash your personal new MRR targets while leading and motivating a high-performing sales team.
* Set your own team structure and approach to maximise ARR—you’re in control.
* Collaborate with marketing to generate pipeline and accelerate growth.
* Manage a team of 2 people now, and possibly hire more staff as we grow
đź“Š Key Targets
* Team MRR Growth: You must be able to hit a net new MRR target across the team
* Lead from the front: You must also source and close your own net new MRR personally
* Weekly KPI check-ins + monthly and quarterly reviews—we measure what matters.
💰 What You’ll Get
* Up to ÂŁ70k base salary
* Annual bonus if you meet your KPIs of up to 50% of base
