Purpose of the role To deliver pharmaceuticals products in a timely matter in you will be trained to meet company requirements for the Health & Safety of yourself and others. Key Responsibilities Operating company vehicles providing appropriate licences and authorisations are current. Offloading and reloading of vehicles at customer’s premises and at the depot. Assist with warehouse personnel to ensure delivery runs are complete before loading. Show flexibility as you may be required to undertake deliveries in other areas within our distribution area. Carry out daily maintenance checks and ensure the cleanliness of your vehicle to present a professional image. Abide by statutory and legal requirements with relation to driver’s hours and tachograph regulations. Present tachographs for analysis as requested by Depot Management or statutory inspectors. Deal with customers in a professional and courteous manner. Wear at all times such safety and company uniforms as provided. Be prepared to vary start times and shift patterns as required by the needs of the business. Carry out all reasonable requests by Depot Management. Technical and Behavioural Skills Previous multi-drop delivery operations practical experience. Articulate, Numerate and able to communicate effectively. Flexible in approach to work hours. Good state of health and the physical ability to complete operational tasks. Smart and personally well presented. Displays positivity and a can-do attitude Takes personal responsibility for delivering high quality of work Demonstrate honesty, credibility and is punctual and present. Interact with clients in a polite and respectful manner, reacting to their needs. Willingness to try new approaches and adapt to changes, providing constructive feedback.
