The position; You and the team will work closely with the composite design and stress engineers by providing composite expertise to assist with DFM. You will use CAD to manipulate the model to ensure the data supplied to the shopfloor will ensure a right first time approach. This F1 team is no stranger to CI and has some established systems already in place and you will have full buy in from both the head of design and head of manufacturing, as they both see this as key to mitigating quality issues and improving lead times.
