A Sous Chef is required for this excellent Neapolitan pizzeria and restaurant in a lovely part of Bury, Greater Manchester.
The talented Head Chef comes from a strong Italian restaurant background and is looking for a strong Sous Chef who will oversee the busy service of the pizza section, creating authentic pizzas from scratch.
Fresh and local produce is an important aspect of this fantastic restaurant’s pizza offering, and they are looking for a Sous Chef who is equally passionate about this.
As Sous Chef you will:
* Be entirely responsible for the smooth running of the pizza service
* Have an extensive knowledge and understanding of Neapolitan pizza
* Manage a team of junior pizza chefs who you can motivate and teach
* Be required to maintain high quality and consistency with a professional “can do” attitude
