As our Head of Digital Optimisation, you will work alongside the Head of Data and Head of Ad Ops to lead the way forward for our fast-developing Revenue Operations team. You’ll focus on driving sustainable revenue growth from our ad partners (partnerships and SSPs), building great technical and commercial partnerships, and ensuring that the 1XL proposition meets the performance expectations of major publishers and ad partners.
This will include planning and executing partnership strategy, processes and performance measuring, fostering deep senior relationships with each partner, and working closely with other stakeholders to align business objectives: not least the technical, product, operations, and marketing teams. You will maintain excellent communication with senior leadership and the wider organisation – as well as with customers and ad partners – providing regular revenue updates, forecasts, market intelligence, and recommendations.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Relevant experience in a similar data-led role with a strong understanding of the commercial digital ecosystem (Google Ad Manager experience preferred).
2. Ability to form strong relationship management with ad partners and publishers alike.
3. Proven success in planning and executing commercial strategy, including go-to-market.
