Acorn by Synergie is seeking a passionate and driven Sales & Sales Admin Executive to join their client in Thornbury. As a leading provider of Water Hygiene services, our client is dedicated to preventing Legionella and ensuring the safety of their clients' buildings. We are looking for someone who shares our clients enthusiasm and can help them drive their business forward.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities by actively reaching out to potential clients and building relationships. You will also be in charge of preparing, sending, and following up on quotes. Your team-oriented mindset, combined with your competitive and entrepreneurial spirit, will help you excel in this position.
If you have an outgoing and energetic personality, as well as a genuine curiosity for both our clients and the Water Hygiene industry, then you are the type of person we are looking for. Your solution-oriented approach to problem-solving will be invaluable in this role.
Key responsibilities:
1. Actively seek out new business development opportunities
2. Prepare and send quotes to potential clients
3. Follow up on quotes and negotiate deals
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
5. Work closely with the team to strategize and achieve sales goals
6. Handle administrative tasks related to sales, such as data entry and reporting
7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a B2B sales role, preferably in a service environment
2. Comfortable engaging in phone conversations
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills
4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
7. A proactive and enthusiastic attitude
8. Prior experience in an administrative role is a plus

1. Salary 28,000 - 30,000 per annum + bonus + company profit related bonus scheme
