Network Build/Project Coordinator - €300-€315 per day - Ireland
The Network Build/Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the successful and timely construction of an FTTH Network Program. This role demands a methodical, practical approach to drive both internal and external teams towards achieving all milestones. The coordinator is crucial in maintaining high-quality execution and meticulous organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee network build progress in line with program schedules.
2. Ensure proper resource deployment and escalate risks as needed.
3. Manage workflow updates and maintain data accuracy.
4. Ensure technical readiness and stock availability before build dates.
5. Forecast work instructions and mitigate potential build risks.
6. Handle budget approvals, purchase orders, and month-end spend accruals.
7. Track build progress against forecasts and budgets.
8. Maintain quality through ongoing communication with audit teams.
Skills & Expertise:
1. Achieve monthly build targets aligned with program plans.
2. Use smart dashboards for progress reporting and take corrective actions when risks arise.
3. Track and report on build progress and resource allocation.
4. Participate in regular progress meetings with stakeholders.
5. Maintain awareness of construction costs and efficiency.
