We’re on the hunt for a proactive, meticulous and focused Risk & Compliance Administrator / Executive, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy and strong data management skills, to join a successful law firm as their Source of Wealth and Funds Executive.

This role will provide a high level of compliance support to the Risk & Compliance Managers of an award-winning, multi-office legal practice.

Suitable candidates will ideally have knowledge of the legal sector together with relevant experience gained within compliance in a legal or financial services environment. You will be diligent, hard working, numerical and conscientious with a ‘can-do’ and professional nature.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Providing support to the Risk and Compliance Managers

* Undertaking due diligence checks

* Managing risk management data

* Monitoring compliance and other regulatory procedures

* Assisting with the development of improved procedures

* File reviews and monitoring

* Analysing client feedback and preparing data

* General administration

What we’re looking for:

* Previous experience in a Risk / Compliance based role, ideally gained in a legal or financial services environment

* Good level of knowledge of Risk and Compliance issues

* Knowledge of UK law and legal procedures and processes is beneficial

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise professionally at all levels

* Strong IT literacy including good working knowledge of MS Office

* Experience preparing data / managing data

* Detail oriented approach with a meticulous eye for detail

* Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks

* Team player
