Working Pattern: 3 days in office, 2 days remote
About the Role
I am working with a fantastic Insurance brokerage who are seeking an experienced and motivated Life Insurance Broker to join their dynamic team in Milton Keynes. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to build your career in a flexible working environment, combining office-based and remote work.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise clients on suitable life insurance products tailored to their needs
* Conduct thorough fact-finding interviews with clients
* Analyse clients' situations and recommend appropriate coverage
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product offerings
* Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business
* Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Requirements
* Circa 5 years experience as a Life Insurance Broker
* Cert CII qualification is desirable but not a necessity
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
* Proficiency in Acturis is desired but not necesssary
