Key Responsibilities:
As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of sales and engineering processes. Your day-to-day will include:
* Sales administration, handling enquiries, quotations, and orders with finesse.
* Responding promptly to incoming sales enquiries.
* Setting priorities and managing the flow of enquiries efficiently.
* Constructing and reviewing quotations before they reach the customer, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
* Coordinating customer orders and confirming they align with quotations.
* Preparing work order packages for production planning, ensuring all documentation is spot on.
* Managing customer drawings on AutoCAD, ensuring all master drawings are registered and approved.
* Issuing order acknowledgments to customers, confirming their price, delivery, and technical requirements.
* Addressing and implementing any changes to enquiries swiftly.
* Keeping the computer database up to date with all records.
* Communicating technical information to Directors, facilitating smooth interactions with customers.
To be considered for this role:

* Experienced in the engineering sector and understands how products are manufactured.
* Proactive and able to take initiative to solve problems.
* Analytical with a keen eye for detail-accuracy is key!
* Experienced using AutoCAD desirable.
