Sales & Retention Manager - Premium Health Club
Circa £40k plus Bonus

We are recruiting for a Sales & Retention Manager for a Premium Health club in the heart of Thames Ditton. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the leadership team a report directly to the CEO. Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver Sales Consultations: Conduct your own face-to-face consultations with prospective members, converting enquiries into sales of memberships.
* Member Engagement: Manage ongoing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction from consultation through to post-sale engagement.
* Retention Strategies: Implement strategies to engage members and improve retention, both personally and across your team, ensuring long-term member satisfaction.
* Team Leadership: Lead and support a small team of Sales and Retention Specialists, providing coaching and guidance to help them meet their sales and retention targets.
* Sales Process Execution: Personally follow all steps in the sales process, from lead conversion to CRM management, while ensuring your team does the same.
* KPI Achievement: Achieve individual sales KPIs, including consultation conversion rates and retention metrics, while monitoring your team's performance and addressing any areas for improvement.
* CRM Management: Oversee the use of the CRM system by yourself and your team, ensuring accurate tracking of member interactions, bookings, and outcomes.
* Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates to the CEO on both your own and your team’s performance, including consultation outcomes and retention insights.
Required Skills & Competencies:
* Sales Expertise: Proven ability to deliver results in a sales environment, with strong skills in conducting consultations and closing deals.
* Leadership and Coaching: Ability to mentor and support a small sales team, helping them to improve their performance while leading by example.
* Client-Centric Focus: Exceptional client service skills, ensuring long-term client engagement and retention.
* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to engage clients and guide your team effectively.
* Organisational Skills: Ability to balance personal sales responsibilities with team leadership, while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
