This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a range of clients, including Retail End Users, Architects, Interior Designers, Showroom Partners, and Contractors. Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers to the luxury showroom and expertly present products. Use design knowledge to create tailored solutions for customers. Provide accurate and detailed quotations and cost calculations. Understand and advise on building/renovation projects. Engage clients through social media and effective written communications. Actively seek new clients while maintaining relationships with existing customers. Achieve sales targets, ensuring margins and conversion rates are met. Work closely with the Operations team to ensure seamless customer experiences. Key Requirements: Proven sales experience in the interiors or luxury retail sector. Knowledge of architectural and technical drawings is advantageous. Strong understanding of design concepts, colours, and trends. Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
