Job Title: Primary Teacher SEMH Location: East of England, Essex, Southend-on-Sea Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Job Duties: Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a school setting. Manage challenging behaviour effectively, creating a safe and inclusive learning environment. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to meet the individual needs of students. Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities. Required Qualifications: Experience working with students with SEMH needs. Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies. Experience: Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a similar role. Knowledge and Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
