Our superb client based in Fakenham is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join them on a full-time permanent basis working 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday. You must have your own transport and be able to travel to near Ely for 1-2 months on a daily basis for training and induction.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales order processing
2. Dealing with customer queries
3. Generating sales and purchase invoices
4. Processing vehicle registrations
5. Maintaining CRM
6. Sales reconciliations
7. Generating sales reports
8. Progress chasing and updating customers on their deliveries
9. All supporting administration
Minimum Requirements:
1. Previous sales administration / sales support experience
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
3. Excellent attention to detail
4. Able to thrive on working as part of a team
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £28,000, pension, on-site parking, discounted products and services, 23 days paid annual leave plus statutory holiday and much more.
