We are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our Dundee head office. This newly created position is designed to enhance our operational efficiency and safeguard our data and IT infrastructure.
As CTO, you will report to the Board and play a crucial role in shaping and executing the firm’s technology strategy, ensuring it aligns with the firm’s business objectives. You will also work closely with employees and stakeholders to ensure that our technology solutions are implemented effectively and adhere to industry best practices.
Main responsibilities include:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the firm’s business objectives
* Lead and manage our outsourced managed IT services contract
* Ensure the security and integrity of the firm’s data and IT systems
* Drive the firm’s digital transformation efforts, including cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and automation.
* Enhance client experiences through innovative technology solutions.
* Ensure consistency of use of technology solutions across the business
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in technology management roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, cybersecurity, and data management
* Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
* Excellent leadership and management abilities
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
