Head of Social | Manchester City Centre | £55,000 DOE Want to define & execute world-class social strategies, lead an organic social media team, & play a critical role in delivering the ‘social’ product for a leading agency? Work with some incredibly modern, tier 1 brands, particularly within the fashion, lifestyle, & beauty industries, spearheading organic social efforts across all platforms. We’re looking for a ‘Head of Social’ to join a growing, succeeding, Manchester-based, Marketing Agency. Aligning social strategies with client objectives, you’ll collaborate with your wider team to ensure all creative output meets the high standards you set. Using your previous experience, you’ll lead from the front, define social strategy, oversee execution/optimization and serve as a lead point of contact for your clients. As a Head of Social, you’ll actively contribute to pitches for new business, emphasizing your social expertise to prospective clients & grow professionally/collectively as a result. About You: 5 years in organic socials (preferably agency). Experience managing a team. A very strong understanding of organic social media, across platforms. A leader; can formulate strategy, and understand/translate key priorities. An exceptional communicator and able to work as part of a wider team.
