Our client, a leading Insurance firm are looking for a Senior Project Manager to contribute to a high-profile transformation programme, replacing core systems (including a new PAS and CRM) and driving business-wide change.
Your role:
* A business change focused role, you will embed large applications throughout the business from a change point of view and ensure seamless adoption, sustained usage, and alignment with strategic objectives.
* Lead and manage the delivery of complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Work closely with business architects and stakeholders to design and implement change across the organisation.
* Drive business readiness and change management, ensuring seamless adoption of new systems and processes.
* Manage challenging stakeholders, build strong relationships, and motivate teams to deliver on time and within budget.
* Oversee project budgets, risks, and issues, providing clear reporting to senior stakeholders and steering groups.
What you’ll bring:
* 5+ years’ experience in project delivery and change management in an insurance environment.
* Proven ability to embed large-scale insurance applications into a business.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Commercial awareness and experience with investment appraisal techniques.
