We are looking for a skilled Key Stage 1 Teacher to join our books to undertake a KS1 class for a beautiful Primary school in Tavistock, Devon.

Responsibilities:
4. Plan and prepare creative and engaging lessons that coincide with the KS1 UK National Curriculum.
5. Adapt lessons to suit the needs of the class.
6. Creating a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.
7. Managing challenging behaviour in a positive manner.
8. Building healthy relationships with students, parents, and other members of staff.
9. Provide day to day support and guidance to pupils to enhance their life and social skills.
Requirements:
10. MUST hold a Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) along with PGCE or equivalent.
11. Experience within a KS1 primary teaching setting in the UK.
12. Excellent written and communication skills.
13. Eligibility to work in the UK.
14. An enhanced DBS on the update service.
15. 2 recent & relevant professional references.
16. Committed to and supportive of positive behaviour management strategies.
17. Confident, compassionate, and committed to supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.
