Position: Project Manager – Retail Fit-Out and Design
Location: Leicestershire
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Our client is a leading independent retail design agency specialising in creating exceptional customer experiences and visually stunning designs. They are seeking a Project Manager to join their talented team to help clients boost store footfall and achieve commercial success through thoughtful design. From concept creation to full installation, their in-house services ensure seamless delivery.
As a Project Manager, you will:
Manage your own projects, from concept, through design, prototyping, production through to installation.
Manage multiple fast-paced retail and brand activation projects
Travel to suppliers, project sites, and occasionally overseas for client and supplier visits
Ensure projects come in on time and within budget
Anticipate and address project risks
Produce accurate production quotes
Negotiate with suppliers for value and quality
Have a level of flexibility with hours, to meet project demands where necessary
To be suitable for this role, you must:
2+ years’ experience delivering retail projects e.g. pop-ups, store updates, fixture rollouts, or in-store graphics
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and techniques (e.g., wood, metal, plastics, lighting, signage)
Have clear communication, organisational and multi-tasking skills
Be computer illiterate and proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and job costing software (e.g., Sage)
Hold a full UK driving licence
