Job Title: Marketing Manager Location: Rayleigh Remuneration: Up to £45,000 per annum (DOE) Contract Details: Full-Time Position (Monday to Friday) Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deliver a marketing strategy that aligns with our client's business goals. Monitor, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Collaborate with external marketing agencies to produce engaging content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and brochures. Implement effective strategies to support the sales team in generating leads and enhancing the sales pipeline. Oversee SEO, PPC, and social media management to ensure high performance and consistent delivery. Ensure consistent brand messaging and design across all channels. Work with the sales team to align marketing activities with business development goals. Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers for smooth marketing material delivery.Skills Required for the Role: Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the construction industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and CRM systems. Creative mindset with an eye for design and branding. Excellent communication skills. Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical abilities.
