Senior HR Advisor, 15 month FTC - Leading Charity - London with hybrid working - upto £50,
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist to join a highly respected campaigning charity.
Reporting into the Head of Human Resources you will be delivering and overseeing high-quality, proactive HR advice and guidance on HR policies and processes. Your key accountabilities will include:-
1. Overseeing and improving the day to day delivery of HR services and HR administration
2. Coaching and supporting managers in handling performance and conduct issues
3. Providing HR support and advice to the Learning and Development Manager on the annual PDR process
4. Developing, coaching and supporting line managers with the full cycle of the recruitment process
5. Working closely with the Head of HR and HR Project Manager in reviewing and reviewing updating HR policies
6. Identifying key metrics to support operational decision making and inform strategic HR initiatives
7. Ensuring there is a continual focus on diversity, inclusion and anti-racism
You should be an experienced HR Generalist or HR Advisor with a track record of working in a fast paced charity or not for profit organisation. A good knowledge of HR best practice, employment law and an ability to coach and influence line managers is essential. Ideally you will be CIPD qualified.
