This role is Term Time only with a pro rata salary of £18,748 (FTE 24,690).
We are seeking a Qualified SEN Teaching Assistant (Level 3 or above) with experience of working specifically on a one-to-one basis with children to assist in promoting children’s learning and personal development, enabling each child to make the best use of the educational opportunities available to them. We do support flexible working (job share) so happy to review on application.
You will have experience with children working independently, establishing supportive relationships, promoting the acceptance and inclusion of students with SEN, encouraging students to interact with each other in an appropriate and acceptable manner and monitoring children’s responses to learning activities and, where appropriate, modifying or adapting activities as agreed with the teacher to achieve the intended learning outcomes.
