What you’ll be doing:
1. Providing advice on product safety matters to projectand engineering managers delivering the programmes and ensuring thesafety considerations are correctly considered andimplemented
Engagingwith third parties, to review and gather supporting safety caseevidence Developing safety arguments, both physical andfunctional, using appropriate safety analyses methods, producingand updating safety case and safety management documentation usingappropriate regulations and standards Linemanaging other safety practitioners
Yourskills and experiences: Essential:
2. Safety engineering processes, practices andtools
Clear understanding of safety engineering &assurance principals Experience and qualified engineers from otherdisciplines who display the correct behaviours and have anunderstanding of safety engineering, will actively be consideredfor this role

The Safety & Environmental team:
You will have the opportunity towork within a team of engineers and technical specialists to helpus design, develop, integrate, manage, and support complex systemsand combat sub-systems for in service and future submarines. Weoffer relocation support packages across all Submarine roles,subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
