Our client is a friendly firm of Accountants, based to the West of Fareham centre. They are looking for a Part-time Payroll Clerk to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of duties including: Weekly and monthly client payroll duties from start to finish Collation of payroll timesheets and entering on to systems Calculation of holiday, SMP, SPP and SSP Processing statutory deductions Calculating bonuses and commissions Liaising with HMRC including real time submission Processing starters and leavers Pension administration The firm are ideally looking for someone to work circa 20 hours a week, and they can be flexible regarding how these are spread. Previous experience working within a practice or bureau environment would be highly beneficial but not essential. You will need strong previous payroll experience.
