We strive to ensure students have a positive experience of living in our accommodation and the Residential Life Team members are key to supporting students to settle in, live co-operatively and enjoy University. We are therefore looking for flexible, willing, and committed individuals who are able to take on a variety of tasks (some administrative) and respond to the needs of our students. It is crucial that you are personable and can relate well to others.
This is a very important role for our student community at Worcester. The Residential Life Team members provide an essential link between student residents (some of whom will be situated off campus) and the Residential Experience Team. All successful applicants are required to complete a training programme. All successful applicants will have the option to live in University managed accommodation for the fulfilment of their duties for which rent will be payable.
This is an excellent Earn as you Learn opportunity that can help you significantly enhance your CV. Successful candidates will enter a pool of Residential Life Team Members who will be allocated shifts around their study but may, on occasion, and at key times of the year, require additional hours up to a maximum of 20 hours in term time.
The interviews for this role will be held on Thursday 22nd August.
For informal queries regarding this role please contact Sam Franklin, Residential Experience Co-ordinator at s.franklin@worc.ac.uk.
We value diversity and wish to promote equality at all levels.
