Are you an experienced and tenacious sales professional eager to lead and drive expansion, with a detailed knowledge of the estate agency sector? Do you have a track record of success in generating new business and closing deals with key industry players? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you at TwentyEA. As part of the TwentyCi group, TwentyEA specialises in providing data-led products and services to the estate agency and property industry supplier sectors. We are on the lookout for an experienced Business Development Manager to assist with our continued growth and success, specifically within the mid-tier of agents and suppliers. Key Responsibilities As a Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be on cultivating new business relationships with property industry suppliers and estate agency operations with between three and ten branches nationwide. You’ll generate your own leads through traditional prospecting techniques, fully supported by our unparallelled UK property market data-sets which provide a unique ‘hook’ to pique the interest of your intended prospects. With that in mind, you’ll spend time researching and assessing the performance of your target brands to identify their pain points and matching our products to meet their individual needs. You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business success, supported by our Head of Sales and dedicated colleagues across Client Services, Product Management, and Marketing. About You You're a sales professional with a knack for identifying, developing, and closing self-generated business opportunities. You possess strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of closing strategic sales and driving substantial revenues from your accounts. You'll consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets by proactively generating leads, targeting mid-tier accounts, and uncovering new sales prospects. You're a persuasive communicator capable of delivering compelling presentations and proposals tailored to diverse client needs. You have extensive experience engaging with key decision makers and adapting your approach to suit individual targets. You have previous experience in and extensive knowledge of the UK property market. If you answered yes to these questions and are ready to take on this rewarding role, we want to hear from you. You do not need to be located close to Milton Keynes in order to apply for this role - we’re just looking for the right person with the right experience. Benefits We have a pool table in the office, but that's not really what you're looking for, right? Yes, you'll get holidays (25 days plus bank holidays), plus your birthday off, and a pleasant office environment with a nice breakout area, tea/coffee/water provided, and all that normal stuff you'd expect. There's a salary, naturally, between £35,000 and £40,000 for this role depending on the skills and experience you'll be bringing. For this position there’s also an uncapped commission scheme with OTC of £15K. You also get to work with a good-natured, good humoured team of geeks, nerds, data scientists, marketers, administrators, finance people, sales people and people-people. There's a life outside of work and we encourage you to make sure you achieve the right balance between the two things. We've also taken the time and effort to implement wellbeing stuff, like a confidential 24/7/365 helpline for all our colleagues to get advice and support when life gets a bit tough, and an app with helpful wellbeing content. We work on a hybrid system balancing time in our Milton Keynes office with working from home when appropriate.
