Job Opportunity: DB, Final Salary Senior Pensions Administrator
Our client is a leading pensions consultancy and due to expansion they are recruiting for a DB, Final Salary Senior Pensions Administrator to work at the forefront of the team. The job is available due to new business wins and further expansion, and the successful applicant will be in a key role managing their own set of DB and some DC schemes.
Key Requirements:
1. Previous technical defined benefit/final salary pensions experience is essential.
2. Some experience in client management and Defined Contribution schemes is beneficial.
3. Professional qualifications such as PMI are desirable but not essential; support will be provided to gain such qualifications.
4. A background within a third-party environment is desirable but not essential.
You will be working with clients who have a mixture of defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes. Technical knowledge of cradle to grave pensions administration is required, along with a thorough understanding of scheme rules, current legislation, and project management.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Interacting with trustees, actuaries, and HNW individuals/employers.
2. Quality checking and training/coaching at a senior level.
3. Client-facing responsibilities.
