Finance Administrator Overview We are assisting a thriving organisation experiencing sustained growth in their search for a Finance Administrator to join their vibrant team. This role involves managing the purchase ledger, working with Xero software, and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-focused, and have strong interpersonal skills. Benefits Salary £24,000 Comprehensive health and wellness benefits Flexible work hours Professional development opportunities Further your knowledge with available study support Inclusive and diverse work environment City center location Responsibilities Manage the purchase ledger, including processing invoices and payments Utilise Xero software to accurately record financial transactions Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Assist with other ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as needed Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes Qualifications Prior experience in a finance or accounting role Proficiency with Xero or similar accounting software is advantageous Strong attention to detail and accuracy Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Day-to-day Processing and reconciling purchase invoices Recording and monitoring financial transactions in Xero Collaborating with colleagues to ensure accurate financial reporting Handling queries from suppliers and internal teams Contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function You may have experience in addition to this which we will be happy to discuss.
