Our standards are high, but your future will be rewarded \r Information: \r \r Position: Front of House Security Officer \r Location: Central London (EC2N) \r Pay: £44,000 per annum \r Hours: 55 hours per week \r Shifts: Days - Monday to Friday \r \r Job Requirements: \r \r SIA licence required \r Experience in high end corporate front of house, corporate security, or concierge services \r IT Literate - Good understanding of access control systems, visitor management systems and IT systems/programmes i.e., Microsoft Office for emails \r Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as customer service \r Must have an excellent command of English Language \r Reliable, Responsible and Punctual \r A friendly, professional, courteous, and outgoing character \r To always take pride in your appearance, ensuring immaculate presentation \r Flexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events when held on site. \r Be confident you can undertake 100% of all specific duties \r Be able to provide all the documentation and vetting information requested \r \r Job Summary: \r \r Meeting and greeting occupiers in reception, providing a warm 5-star greeting, ensuring occupiers receive VIP treatment. \r To ensure the security and safety all of guests who enter the building. \r Front of House staff need to be the part of the team that is the face of the companies we represent. \r To ensure guests and visitors are given an excellent standard of greeting and care whilst in the building. \r To ensure that all business needs are met, and that the company’s reputation is enhanced through the provision of exemplary reception, bookings, security, and concierge services. \r To be articulate and well informed and to ensure that occupiers’ and visitors’ needs pre-empted, met, and exceeded. \r \r Duties & Responsibilities: \r \r To ensure that all visitors and occupiers are dealt with efficiently and ensure that an exceptional high standard of customer service is always provided, personally taking responsibility for their requests to ensure that they are completed, if not exceeding, their expectations \r The role includes you to meet and greet occupiers, patrolling, reception duties, access control, conducting emergency procedures, providing a warm 5-star greeting, ensuring occupiers receive VIP treatment. \r To efficiently check in all guests using our visitor management system, ensuring outstanding phone etiquette when announcing guest and/or speaking with occupiers and stakeholders about other matters \r To be the main point of contact within the building to all residents. \r To embrace our vision by working “outside the box” ensuring an all-round 5 service \r To maintain and actively utilise a portfolio of information to assist with occupiers’ queries, such as transport, restaurants, and shops \r Be calm under pressure and confident in dealing with confrontational situations in a calm and professional manner \r To always portray a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanour, using open and appropriate body language. \r To always ensure great teamwork both within and outside the department, always demonstrating a “can do” approach and solutions \r To be responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of your allocated area \r To work alongside the Coffee shop provider in FOH and assist with general housekeeping duties of their area as and when required \r To assist in any other reasonable duties as required \r \r Benefits: \r \r Health care plan (HSF) \r Perk Box (HSF) – discounts & offers from cinema tickets to days out \r Cycle to work scheme \r Tailed Site Uniform \r First class training allowing you to develop your skills \r A view for career development \r Long service & Employee Recognition awards \r \r CIS Security has been providing manned guarding services since 1972 and has developed into one of the most effective and reliable security companies in England.
