Job Overview
As a Patient Experience Coordinator/Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing front-office operations and ensuring that patients receive the best possible experience from the moment they enter our facility. In addition to handling patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks, you will play a key role in planning, implementing, and managing training programs across the organization. This role requires a strong ability to multitask, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of administrative and training processes to ensure all employees are well-equipped to serve our patients effectively.
Responsibilities
1. Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
2. Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide accurate information about services.
3. Schedule patient appointments and manage the clinic calendar.
4. Ensure patient forms are completed accurately and assist with administrative documentation as required.
5. Address patient concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
6. Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area.
7. Assist in maintaining patient records and ensuring all documentation complies with privacy and confidentiality standards.
8. Handle office supplies and inventory to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
9. Assist with billing and insurance-related inquiries as needed.
10. Support the management team with additional administrative tasks as requested.
Skills
1. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other IT tools to manage data effectively.
2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently.
3. Excellent administrative skills to support various aspects of training coordination.
4. Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous but not essential.
6. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
7. Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate
Pay: £25,965.00-£27,565.00 per year
