The ideal incoming candidate will be expected to provide in class support for identified students with a range of additional learning needs to ensure they have the correct resources to meet their target grades. To be considered for this role, it is important that you have some form of experience supporting children and young people previously or similar transferrable experience however, any specific experience supporting young people with additional learning needs or SEN previously is desirable.
