SCHOOL ADMIN ASSISTANT
Are you an organised and efficient administrator with experience using Microsoft Office, Excel, and SIMS databases?
Prospero Teaching are seeking a highly motivated individual to join a ‘Good’Ofsted rated SEMH School located in Fareham
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records using SIMS, as well as creating reports and analysing data using Excel. Additionally, you will use Microsoft Office for day-to-day tasks such as drafting correspondence and scheduling meetings with parents, teachers, and staff members.
As an Admin Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the smooth running of the school. You will have regular contact with pupils, parents/carers, and other professionals and outside agencies, so it’s essential that you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to prioritise and manage your workload effectively is also a must.

4. Duration: Temp-To-Perm
5. End date: Temp-To-Perm
6. The minimum rate of pay: From £ per hour
7. Hours: 37 hours per week
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS:
8. Previous Admin experience – Knowledge of Microsoft Office & SIMs (desirable)
9. Must be well-organised with good communication skills
10. Proactive attitude and a team-player
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
11. Hold Right to Work in the UK
12. Have an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
13. Be able to provide two professional references
