In the Professional Products Division, our mission is to support hairdressers and develop the hair industry sustainably, while benefiting all. We’re the founding Division for the L’Oréal group, having history more than 110 years ago.
Here, you’ll be constantly looking to create connections between our brands, professionals, and consumers in every market. Our mission is to always reinvent professional beauty and lead the digital transformation of our industry with a customer-centric approach.
The Professional Products Division is universally known for exclusively supplying salons and other professional customers with the most advanced technologies in hair and beauty products.
Thanks to our 6 global brands Kérastase, Redken, and Pureology, and 3 local brands across the world, we provide professionals and consumers with better, safer, and more sustainable professional haircare experiences and services.
Responsibilities
As part of our dynamic education team, you'll work alongside some of the world's greatest hairdressers in a varied and creative role that offers a richly rewarding and successful future. You will:
1. Create, execute, and deliver education to salons within your territory and in our Regional Venues.
2. Report to the L’Oréal Professionnel Paris Northern Education Manager.
3. Work closely with the commercial Managers and Business Partners to ensure the quality of knowledge and service associated with the brand is conveyed to the salons.
4. Liaise with leading names in the hairdressing industry.
Qualifications
You will be an exceptional individual - a talented hairdresser and a self-motivated team player. The ideal candidate will have:
1. Previous experience of delivering education expertise within a salon or beauty environment.
2. A passion for inspiring others to maximize their performance through colour and retail.
3. Flexibility, a full driving license, and the ability to consistently meet and maintain high standards.
4. Proven organisational skills and excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. The ability to stay away from home and travel on a Sunday evening.
6. A focus on quality and attention to detail.
7. A passion for exciting projects that motivates you.
8. Knowledge of current trends, commercial and brand awareness.
9. Aptitude for our profession through sensitivity to our products & market.
10. A passion for haircare/skin care and understanding of aesthetic quality and detail.
11. Experience in delivering Technical Workshops, Presentations, and Classes.
12. Strong communication skills at all levels.
13. Experience in building relationships with clients.
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages, namely PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
15. An enthusiastic manner, ability to inspire, motivate, coach, and develop people.
16. Strong organisational skills, diplomacy, and patience.
17. The ability to work in an ever-changing & demanding environment.
