Hours: (37.5) – Monday – Friday 8:30am – 17:00pm
Location: Stonehouse, GL10 3EZ – Hybrid (Minimum 3 days in the office)

We have an exciting opportunity to lead our B2C e-commerce team, focusing on strategy, driving sales growth and profitability through a blend of performance marketing expertise, e-commerce trading skills, and strategic collaboration.
What the Head of B2C role entails:
The role focuses on enhancing customer experiences and boosting revenue by optimising platform performance and delivering exceptional user journeys. Working closely with marketing, product, technology, and operations teams, you’ll ensure seamless platform functionality and alignment with broader business objectives. A key focus will be building and expanding a strong multi-brand online presence, improving conversion rates, and driving sustained business growth.
* Drive Sales & Profitability: Own B2C P&L, optimise budgets, and implement data-driven strategies to boost sales, profitability, and sustainable growth across all markets.
* Performance Marketing Leadership: Lead and refine campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and affiliates to drive acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
* E-Commerce Expertise: Oversee Shopify-managed websites, aligning trading strategies with key retail events and leveraging CRO techniques to maximise conversions.
* Collaborative Marketing Alignment: Work closely with marketing teams to execute cohesive campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and measurable business impact.
* Team & Agency Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team while managing agency partnerships to deliver aligned, results-driven outputs.
* Analytics & Optimisation: Use key performance metrics, A/B testing, and actionable insights to refine strategies, improve platform performance, and enhance user experiences.
* Innovative E-Commerce Vision: Stay ahead of trends like mobile optimisation, AI-driven personalisation, and sustainable practices to maintain a competitive edge.
