Job Description
Payroll Specialist (Hybrid):
* Join an established payroll team to manage an inhouse Payroll of circa 2000 employees.
* Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including tax deductions, benefits, and other deductions.
* Coordinate with HR to ensure accurate employee data.
* Manage payroll queries and resolve any issues promptly.
* Prepare payroll reports for management as needed.
* Stay updated on latest payroll tax changes and regulations.
* Coordinate with finance department for payroll cost analysis.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and payroll regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Specialist (Hybrid) should have:
* In-house payroll experience
* end to end payroll experience
* Strong understanding of payroll and payroll tax laws.
* Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in payroll software.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
